We bought a Kia Telluride at Federico. The buying process was good. However their service department is awful. I brought the car in because I was smelling antifreeze. You could clearly smell it which indicates a problem. Max-the useless service guy said there were no leaks. He then said he added coolant because it was a little low which would also indicate a leak. I still have the paperwork with these statements on it. The car was close to being out of warranty. Fast forward a couple months and antifreeze is leaking onto my garage floor. Federico is my local Dodge/Chrysler Dealer. I dropped off my car in mid July. I was told it would 4-6 weeks because of back ordered parts. I had no problem with that. Once the 6 weeks was up I called to check in. I spoke to Justin and he stated parts were still on order. The whole staff could not have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a great deal and no surprises. Richard, the Detail Manager I believe, followed us to the gas station to make sure we left with a full tank. We drove 5 hours and it was well worth it!

After doing some research, I found a pre owned polestar available at Frederico. I set up apt to test drive. My salesman, Billy, was very friendly. He told me that he hasn’t sold a car like mine but “we will learn together”. Billy told me that I might be able to get a deal of charging stations from the dealership. Sold a vehicle that obviously had machinical issues within 3 months broke down. Federico Chrysler said the estimated out of pocket cost was $3,000.00. They couldn't and explained why within 3 months this could be. They also charged a diagnostic test stating what I told them was going on. I believe I was sold a piece of trash. Please stay away from this dealership.
Federico was not pushy at all! As a woman, the salesman listen to me and kept the conversation between me and him, instead of going thru my husband; my husband was there just there for support.

I took my 2002 Dakota in for 1 recall issue.Was told there was 2,but since the ball joints had been replaced before I bought it,they would not be replacing them.The truck would not go in to park.Both issues were to be fixed by Dodge.When I picked it up,it was worse than when I took it to them.I had to put it in another shop to have it fixed correctly.Justin didn't k now what he was doing.He wanted to argue with me every time I talked to him.They charged me for an ...

We was happy with our salesmen Larry. The financing lady Farrah Was enjoyably & fun. When r jeep was taken back to to b cleaned & detailed out we feel they could of done more then just wash it. There was dog hair left in the back seat. After getting it home under the driver side floor mat was SOAKED!!! The front seats have spots where they could of done a better job of getting it cleaned. The tires were half assed shined up .
I am very pleased with the women at the service counter. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They are alway very courteous and friendly! The service tech are well trained and they do a good job. The Parts Dept are some of the best people at this dealership.
Every time I take my truck there I always get great service Courtni and the crew in the back are always helpful and answer all my questions. Sometimes even when I don’t have an appointment they work me in and help me out!!!!! I think everyone should go to Federico either store for all their needs!!!!
Great fast customer service service in and out very professionals had no issues usually dread people working on my vehicle but it was as clean as I brought it in no oil or anything on the interior or exterior highly recommend then also this was a diesel oil change

I purchased a used 2017 Ford Taurus from Sheryl McCormick at Federico approximately a month ago. The initial buying experience was fine. What you would expect at almost any dealership. A bit lengthy and also a bit more pushy with their overpriced add on packages (you can get these cheaper through the manufacturer normally). My initial issue was that after signing all my paperwork I was then told there isn’t even one full set of keys. First time buyer of used cars online- spent much time researching before I even began… Finding the perfect car should have been the hard part -dealing with the online sales was much worse! Tried to work with Auto mall, took 5 days for return calls and price went up dramatically from advertised. Tried Autoholding- their price went up almost $8,000 by the time they tacked on their fees, and Greenacres communications ended with fighting and salesperson actually hung up on me. Knowing I would have a long wait, the service department was quick with the diagnosis and gave me the options. They worked with my warranty plan and went to work.
